How Many Capsules?
Packing all 39 vitamins and minerals into a small capsule we recommended at least 4 capsules a day, however the amount of Daily Immunity Booster you take is completely up to you. we have had customers that have too much energy with 4 capsules and so they only take 2 capsules. On the other hand, some customers have found that 8 or 12 capsules a day help them to feel the most healthy and is their optimal amount. Other customers increase the amount during times of sickness or if their stress levels are higher. Let your body talk to you and find the best number of capsules for your unique situation.
